Yes. We run the analysis on a sample of your database and present the results to your team at no cost and with no obligation to buy. The material presented stays with your company. The free diagnostic is a courtesy from 4MDG: it does not constitute a contractual obligation and may be suspended, changed or discontinued at any time, without prior notice.
Not necessarily. Before starting, we assess your needs and your scenario to identify whether the diagnostic applies — sample volume and availability, domains involved, fit with what we solve and our schedule capacity. When it does not apply, we explain why and point you to the most suitable path.
