We were founded with an exclusive focus on master data governance, serving our first industrial clients.

Paulo Cordeiro
Co-founder
The public face of the company and of MDM Academy: he takes data governance to stages, classrooms and client boards. Author of reference content on data cleansing and the person behind turning our training into a university extension course.
César Coelho
Co-founder and CTO
He looks after product and technology: platform, integrations and the evolution of ADAM. He translates registration pain into features, upholding the security standard that sustains our ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
Flávio Sousa
Co-founder and COO
He leads operations and project delivery: methodology, teams and the quality standard that makes every record come out as agreed. He is the one who ensures the design on paper survives the client's daily routine.
