At ZH Soluções Especialista (4MDG), privacy and security are priorities, and we are committed to transparency in the processing of our users'/customers' personal data. For this reason, this Privacy Policy sets out how information from customers or other people who access or use our website is collected, used and transferred.
By using our services, you understand that we will collect and use your personal information in the ways described in this Policy, under the Data Protection rules (LGPD, Federal Law 13.709/2018), the consumer provisions of Federal Law 8078/1990 and the other applicable rules of the Brazilian legal system.
Accordingly, ZH Soluções Especialistas, hereinafter referred to simply as "4MDG", registered under CNPJ/MF no. 11.955.326.0001-99, acting as Data Controller, undertakes to comply with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
1. What data do we collect about you, and for what purpose?
Our website collects and uses some of your personal data in order to enable the provision of services and improve your user experience.
1.1. Personal data provided by the data subject
Name, phone, e-mail and company, in order to act on your interest in learning about our company's commercial offerings.
2. How do we collect your data?
Accordingly, your personal data is collected as follows: through a form, based on information entered spontaneously and with the user's consent.

We process your personal data based on your consent. Consent is the free, informed and unequivocal statement by which you authorize 4MDG to process your data. Therefore, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, your data will only be collected, processed and stored upon prior and express consent.

Please note that withdrawing consent to data processing may make it impossible for certain site features that depend on such processing to perform properly. Any such consequences will be communicated to you in advance.
3. What are your rights?
4MDG guarantees to its users/clients the data subject rights set out in article 18 of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados. Accordingly, you may, free of charge and at any time:
Confirm the existence of data processing, in a simplified form or in a clear and complete format.
Access your data, and request a legible copy in printed form or through electronic, secure and reliable means.
Correct your data, by requesting its editing, correction or updating.
Limit your data when unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the legislation, through anonymization, blocking or deletion.
Request the portability of your data, through a report of the registration data that we process about you.
Delete your data processed on the basis of your consent, except in the cases provided for by law.
Withdraw your consent, revoking the authorization to process your data.

4. How can you exercise your rights as a data subject?
To exercise your rights as a data subject, you must contact us by email: atendimento@4mdg.com.br.
In order to ensure your correct identification as the subject of the personal data covered by the request, we may ask for documents or other evidence that can prove your identity. In that case, you will be informed in advance.
5. How and for how long will your data be stored?
Your personal data collected by 4MDG will be used and stored for as long as necessary to provide the service or to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, taking into account the rights of data subjects and controllers.
In general, your data will be kept for as long as the contractual relationship between you and 4MDG lasts. Once the personal data storage period has ended, such data will be deleted from our databases or anonymized, except in the cases legally provided for in article 16 of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, namely:
I – compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller;
II – study by a research body, ensuring, whenever possible, the anonymization of personal data;
III – transfer to a third party, provided that the data processing requirements set out in this Law are observed; or
IV – exclusive use by the controller, with access by third parties prohibited and provided that the data is anonymized.
That is, personal information about you that is essential to comply with legal, judicial and administrative determinations and/or to exercise the right of defense in judicial and administrative proceedings will be kept, despite the deletion of the remaining data.
The storage of data collected by 4MDG reflects our commitment to the security and privacy of your data. We employ technical protection measures and solutions capable of ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and inviolability of your data. In addition, we also have security measures appropriate to the risks involved and access control over the stored information.
6. What do we do to keep your data secure?
To keep your personal information secure, we use physical, electronic and managerial tools geared toward protecting your privacy. We apply these tools taking into account the nature of the personal data collected, the context and purpose of the processing, and the risks that any breaches would generate for the rights and freedoms of the subject of the data collected and processed.
Only authorized people have access to your personal data.
Access to your personal data is granted only after a confidentiality commitment.
Your personal data is stored in a secure and reliable environment.
4MDG is committed to adopting the best practices to prevent security incidents. However, it must be noted that no virtual page is entirely secure and free of risks. It is possible that, despite all our security protocols, problems caused exclusively by third parties may occur, such as cyberattacks by hackers, or as a result of the negligence or recklessness of the user/client themselves.
In the event of security incidents that may generate relevant risk or damage to you or any of our users/clients, we will notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority about what occurred, in line with the provisions of the General Data Protection Law.
7. Who can your data be shared with?
In order to protect your privacy, 4MDG will not share your personal data with any unauthorized third party. In addition, there are other situations in which your data may be shared, which are:
I – Legal determination, request, requisition or court order, with competent judicial, administrative or governmental authorities.
II – Corporate transactions, such as merger, acquisition and incorporation, automatically.
III – Protection of 4MDG's rights in any type of conflict, including judicial ones.
7.1. International data transfer
Some of the third parties with whom we share your data may be located in or have facilities located in foreign countries. In these conditions, in any case, your personal data will remain subject to the LGPD and other Brazilian data protection laws.
Accordingly, 4MDG undertakes to always adopt efficient cybersecurity and data protection standards, using its best efforts to ensure and comply with legal requirements.
By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you agree to this sharing, which will take place according to the purposes described in this document.
8. Cookies or browsing data
We use Cookies, which are text files sent by the platform to your computer and stored on it, containing information related to your browsing of the site. In short, Cookies are used to improve the user experience.

10. Accountability
4MDG provides for the accountability of the agents involved in data processing activities, in accordance with articles 42 through 45 of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law.
We are committed to keeping this Privacy Policy up to date, observing its provisions and ensuring compliance with them. In addition, we also undertake to seek technical and organizational conditions that are reliably capable of protecting the entire data processing operation.
Should the National Data Protection Authority require the adoption of measures regarding the data processing carried out by 4MDG, we undertake to comply with them.
10.1 Disclaimer of liability
As mentioned in Topic 6, although we adopt high security standards in order to prevent incidents, no web page is entirely free of risk. Accordingly, 4MDG is not liable for:
I – Any consequences arising from users' negligence, recklessness or lack of skill in handling their individual data. We guarantee and are responsible only for the security of data processing operations and for compliance with the purposes described in this instrument. We emphasize that responsibility for the confidentiality of access credentials lies with the user.
II – Malicious actions by third parties, such as hacker attacks, except where negligent or deliberate conduct by 4MDG is proven. We emphasize that in the event of security incidents that may create relevant risk or harm to you or to any of our users/clients, we will notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority of the occurrence and will carry out the necessary measures.
III – The inaccuracy of information entered by the user/client in the records required to use 4MDG's services; any consequences arising from false information or information entered in bad faith are the sole responsibility of the user/client.
